Gold and Gold Plus memberships can be suspended for one full period of two weeks after the start of membership (or the last suspension). A suspension is requested in the Element Gyms app. The request must always be submitted in the period before the suspension, no later than the last day of that period. A membership suspension must always be for one full period (2 weeks). After the two-week suspension, the membership will automatically renew itself.
It’s super simple:
Click REGISTER at the top right and choose your gym.
Select your start date and membership plan.
Fill in your details, make your first payment — and you’re in! 💪
For now, registration is only available through our website.

No long-term commitments! Membership renews every two weeks automatically in two-week cycles.
Cancel anytime with at least 15 days’ notice before renewal — so your membership lasts a minimum of four weeks.
You can purchase your membership online through the “REGISTER” option on our website.
Online payment by credit/debit card
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Online payments are processed via PayU, which ensures top-level security using European 3D Secure standards. PayU is one of the three most widely used payment providers.
If your online payment didn’t go through, don’t worry — it can happen for a number of reasons. For specific details, it’s best to contact your bank directly.

Not available in the app yet. Email your gym and we’ll upgrade you free of charge, effective next two-week period.
Yes, you must be at least 14 years old to join.
If you’re under 18, you’ll need to fill out the parental consent form during the sign-up process and hand it in to an instructor at the gym when you first visit.
If the consent form isn’t submitted, the minor’s access may be blocked and the membership cancelled.

You can cancel anytime, in just a few steps:
1.Log in to your member area on the website
2.Click on “Cancel Membership”
3. Keep training until the end of your current paid period
4. ✅ You’ll get a confirmation email

We totally get the value of the MultiSport card, but currently, we don’t have an agreement to accept it for entry.
To access Element Gyms, you’ll need an active Element membership.

To access the gym, you need an active membership and the Element Gyms app on your phone.
Just log in, open your QR code in the app, and scan it at the turnstile — and you’re in.

Yes — you’ll need an internet connection to open the Element Gyms app and generate your entry QR code.
No worries if you’re out of data — all our gyms offer free Wi-Fi so you can connect easily.
Nope! Your QR code is personal and can’t be shared or used on other devices. It’s linked to your account, so only you can use it to get in.
Sharing access won’t work and goes against the gym rules.
❌ Oops! For security reasons, you need your QR code from the app to get in. So if you forget your phone, sadly, no entry this time.
